How we work...

Keeping your bike in top condition shouldn't be complicated. Ride Ready makes servicing and repairs as straightforward as possible, with the flexibility to bring your bike to our workshop or have us come to you.

Whether it's a routine service, a small repair or something more involved, simply choose what you need and book a time that suits you.

1. Choose your service

Take a look through our servicing and repair options and choose the one that best suits your bike.

Not sure what you need? Don't worry — just get in touch and we'll happily point you in the right direction.

2. Choose where you'd like us to work

You can bring your bike to our fully equipped workshop in Darlington, or choose our mobile service and we'll come to your home or workplace.

3. Book your time

Either choose an available date and time online or give us a call and we’ll book you in. If booking online then we will take a deposit to secure your appointment.

4. We'll take a look

Before starting work, we'll inspect your bike and confirm what needs doing.

If we find anything unexpected, or think additional parts or repairs are required, we'll speak to you first — no surprise extras.

5. We get to work

Your bike will be serviced or repaired by a fully qualified mechanic using professional tools and equipment.

Where appropriate, we'll also road test the bike and carry out a final safety check before handing it back.

6. Ride away Ride Ready

We'll talk you through any work carried out and let you know about anything that may need attention in future.

Then all that's left to do is get back out and enjoy your bike.
